Instructions:

You are now presented with a textual description of your personal health data and the calculated health score. In addition, you see 7 visualizations presenting a health score for each of the last 7 days. Follow these steps now:

  1. Look over the visualizations and read the textual description carefully.
  2. Go back to the Qualtrics questionnaire but do not close this tab/window with your health score.
  3. Complete all the questions in the Qualtrics survey until you reach the proof-of-work text box.
  4. When filling in the Qualtrics survey, you can revisit this page (health score, visualizations) at any time.
  5. Go back to the tab with the visualizations and text, and copy-paste your proof-of-work code at the bottom of the page.
  6. Go back to the Qualtrics questionnaire, and once you have pasted your proof-of-work code in the text box, complete the Qualtrics questionnaire.
  7. Once your Qualtrics response has been recorded, you can close both tabs.

You can close these instructions now (use the x on the top right of this box) and open them again at any time (green button in the top left corner of the page).

MetricMe: Your Overall Health Score

Your health score over the past week reflects a consistent pattern in the three tracked metrics. Heart rate variability has generally been strong, indicating stability in this area. This component has contributed positively to your overall score throughout the week.

Physical activity levels, measured by active minutes, have been relatively low compared to weekly guidelines. This has been the most significant factor influencing your health score, as it consistently shows room for alignment with broader activity recommendations.

Daily step counts have varied but tend to remain moderately close to the typical goal. While there are fluctuations, this metric has maintained a steady contribution to your overall health score, neither significantly elevating nor reducing it.

The combination of these three factors results in a moderate overall health score, with heart rate variability providing the most support, while physical activity levels have the greatest impact on the final value. The step count acts as a balancing element between the two.
